Detox plus intermittent fasting and some exercise got me 1.5 pounds this week! Still the first week is the easiest and I was hoping for 7-8 lbs a month for 3 months for I am off pace. I have to be more strict!
183.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
