tried boot camp this morning. my right hamstring protested to lunges. then, as I was beginning a.pushup, my lower abdominal muscles seared. ouch. I left feeling that there was going to be little I could do.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
