Day 55. Yesterday sucked. My sister was in a car accident, eating all off track and had my own open house at school. Thankfully everyone is fine, and while I didn't eat anything with a nutritional value yesterday I didn't go full out crazy. On the positive side, I have tracked everything I have eaten for almost 8 weeks now. That's a major accomplishment and shows that I am committed to change. :)
242.2 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
