197! That's the first time since I've been counting that my weight started with a 1 not a 2! Probably the first time since I got back from Africa that I've been under 200. That's exciting!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
