I've really gotten off track the last couple of days. Stopped following the diet and essentially ate what I wanted. My low point for the week was 304.0 today the scale shows 310.4. Frustration & disappointment consume me but today I begin again. I can't allow a couple of days of overeating to throw me completely off course. I accept them for what they were and today I go back to the diet with renewed motivation. Tomorrow will see the results of this effort.

Yep...that's right. Leave that "bump" behind and get on with it. This is the long haul deal here...not a quick fix. :) You can do this, buddy!
