it's been a struggle for me. i 💘 to eat. it's really hard for me to stay on 👣. i need to play a mind game again to get me going again. i have went back up again. not happy at all. very 😢
196.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
