Starting to see some movement now. I know the norm is to weigh weekly or less but I prefer daily. It motivates me more rather than discourages. I know full well that there are daily ups and down but I also look for the overall trend and do analize what causes the daily ups and downs.
257.3 lb Lost so far: 69.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
