I went to the doctor this morning and got a great surprise. I weigh 165!!! Praise God!!! I had been weighing at work on a set of antique doctor scales from the 40's. They are about four pounds off. So since I started this new way of life, I have lost seven pounds. Thank you Lord for helping me. Now to invest in a new set of scales for home.
