Doing a Happy Dance here :) I started moderate Ketogenic diec on 11/12/1 with 204 pounds, nearly a month after seeing 12 pounds less feels great. I feel with more energy and my cravings for sweet things have decreased. Hopefully I can maintain this as a lifestyle. I have cheated like three times but I try to repair it with IF, and I feel those cheat meals are giving me balance and I know, now I'm concious about how cheat meal works.
