so here i am on the first day of my mission to lose the last 11kg. already down 50kg from 130kg. I have a mummy makeover booked for march so want to get to 65kg to get optimal results!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
