Intermitten fasting (16-8), exercise (20 min on bike going as fast as I can - read an article that you lose most of your weight through carbon dioxide - aka through exercise and breathing like crazy lol) and of course following your diet (less than 20 grams of carbs per day) is what allows for weight loss for me. :). Regular heavy breathing doesnt do it, u have to be exercising to produce it. Goes hand in hand when they say diet and exercise will help you lose weight. :). 279.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
