This is so frustrating, I just can't seem to lose weight or be motivated, I have every reason in the world to loose weight and every desire but I can't understand why I can't motivate myself!!!!!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Try a little harder. Think about all the great things that will come with losing weight- how you'll feel and look better; The encouragement and compliments you'll get. Things like that. Think towards the future. and Be positive! i cant stress being positive enough. Its really helped me. :] best of luck!

been there done that. I was exercising regularly for years and never saw a weight loss. I tried lots of different diets and still nothing. I was so frustrated, but I didnt give up. Last July, I found another, "new" diet and decided, what the heck, and tried it. I lost 17lbs in 3 weeks and felt great. I still have a ways to go but at least I have a starting place. I started back on the diet a week ago Monday and have lost about 6lbs. It is great. I have not exercised since I started this diet but this time I plan to add exercise to this diet and see what happens. Good luck and don't give up.

Wow, it sounds like you're losing it quick. Thats excellent and i wish i could lose as fast as you lol thanks, and take care, too!
