I"m at the heaviest I've ever been with no end in sight. Time to eat for hunger reasons and not because of boredom or for comfort. I do not like my picture being taken and when it is, I don't recognize the person I see. It is time to make changes so I can live a healthier life, I'm not getting any younger!
