I’m not sure whether the progesterone replacement is making me gain weight but I’ve gone back to my healthy eating and the scale isn’t budging 🥺
131.4 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
