If I don’ slip and stick with the whole plant gluten free vegan eating plan, it really works! I haven’t been eating much grains and that also helps. Grains don’t seem to have as many nutrients as whole plants and I would rather get my nutrients. But the main challenge is no sugar or artificial sweeteners. I tip my hat to everyone who can master this earing plan! I hope I will be part of your group soon. Can anyone recommend an easy cookbook that is gluten free and vegan? I also don’t eat nightshades due to Lupus and most recipes contain tomatoes, eggplants or white potatoes.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am there with you trying to not slip up and stick with the plant based. I don't have any recommendations for a cookbook but hopefully someone else can point you that way. I usually find most of my recipes on Pinterest.
