Yeah so i cheated pretty bad yesterday as you can tell and i gained some weight back. Im going to at least try to get to 191 again before i gain it all again on my B day
195.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 16.8 lb a week

Well, for me cheating doesn't work very either. ;) I have to stay on track or my body will try to go back to a previous weight. =S Chin up, dust off, today is a new day and back on track we'll go! You can so get to 191.. go get 'em girl!!
