2months I lost 11kg’s
Then october i lost only 1;5kg’s same eating plan ; how is this even possible 🤦🏻‍♀️ hovering around this weight for 3weeks almost
181.0 lb Lost so far: 35.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
