This is using the analog scale in the Hilton with my shoes on after a workout. I subtracted 2 pounds to accommodate for this, as the actual scale reading was 240 pounds.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
