This doesn’t look great but two weeks ago I’d put on 10lb which I was too embarrassed to log so I’ve lost over 10lb in two weeks 💪🏻💪🏻
210.8 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
