Grr, 180 again :(

still, I've been walking lots - and have even started trying to run... and am doing reasonably well with the food too. The scales will go down again...
180.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
