Drink smoothies in morning time, Sometimes I have smoothies, cereal ovel meal , drink water bottles 10 ten water or 15 fifteen water bottle , Do lot of fitness, two fruit ,one gain , Two veggies, three Vegetable , one meats water bottles ten or fifteen water bottles everyday and week and weekends.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
