SOO...this is starting to piss me off, its taking a whole week to loose what i gained in one night. Theres that and also i havent been sleeping well which i know can contribute to lack of weight loss. Im hoping to sleep in tomorrow so we will see how that goes.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

dont worry...the slower it comes off the longer it stays off...i have never had a large jump in weight loss...slow and steady...make your attitude/expectations match your body's system...

I was in your shoes a couple of weeks ago. I am usually good about cheating, but on Easter I had a couple of pieces of pie. Well, the scale went up 4 lbs. ( I did not eat 4 lbs worth). In a few days I went down about 2-3lbs, but then I was at a stand still for almost 3 weeks it would be up a pound then down one. I felt all this was worthless. Talk about being pissed off,then all of a suddden I started this week dropping a pound every couple of days. I am enjoying it for now... don't know how long it will last, but just hang in there and good luck
