Man, the detox phase is kinda hard. The first day I did awesome with eating of just fruits and vegies. Then made it through today, but have began to get lots of headaches and am feeling soo hungry. Sadly enough I ate just a little bit of chicken with my salad and had a couple bites of pasta. DAng! I'm cheatin already!:( How do you people do it???
143.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing just fine...hang in there! It gets tough and we all have our cheats, the headaches will go away and you will have no problems sticking with the eating portion! Keep your chin up and don't get down on yourself!
