Three vacations in a row, plus a Memorial Day camping weekend, make for lots of snacking and ill-timed meals. June will be time to get back on track!

128 pounds at 30% body fat equals 38.4 pounds of fat!
128 pounds at 20% body fat equals 25.6 pounds of fat.

Yep - 10 pounds of fat replaced with 10 pounds of muscle should just about do the trick.

Goal #1: 25% body fat. Maintain 125 +/- 2 pounds.
Replace 6 pounds of fat with muscle.
128.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
