Put on 1 kg last week and then lost it again this week so I’m happy. although my weight entry’s don’t show it. As I was determined to loose it before I weight myself again.
SO back to getting rid of those last few kgs!
139.1 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
