Back to losing which is doing my moral some good, lowered my RDI from 1100 to a 1000 cals, it's a bit harder to keep to this lower amount because I keep going over a tad, but still showing a loss so all seems good.

I'm sure you'd lose weight on more calories than that. men can consume more.

I was sticking o 1250 cal for quite a while and not losing anything at all and was stalled, according to FS I could have 2500 cal a day and lose weight, but that was far too much I couldn't eat all that so went to 1100 and started losing for a week or so, had a weekend away and lots of beer, losing when I was back on track, but was stalled again, so now trying 1000 cal and seems to have got me losing again.

Hm. Ok. Everyone is different. Definitely worth playing around with calories. I'd even recommend trying 1500 a day or varying a 800 one day and 1400 the next for example. I'm on 1300 and happily losing a pound a week on average. I'm only 5ft 2 so it makes sense. I think the NHS website recommends 2000 for me to maintain, and the reading I've done on weight loss has said to cut the RDI by a few hundred to lose. That was how I estimated 1300.

Like you I limit myself to 1100 calories I think the important thing is I changed my eating habits I eat now what I will eat when I finish the diet which I am happy with but at moment I walk for about 3 and a half hours which is great in the sun but got soaked yesterday so I probably won’t walk so much couldn’t do it when I worked though
