Hari ke 6 ocd challenge,nimbang jam 05.30 pagi,udah bak,blm minum air putih. Btw smalem start Puasa jam 19.15.

Hari ke 5 kmaren ambil puasany 21.30 jam 😂(baru pertama ini kok kuat) jam 19.15 sampai (jam 16.45) Lalu makan sampai jam 19.15.
140.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
