Day Thirteen. One more day of my week one challenge to lose 8 in month 8. I'm on track to meet the challenge. Start back to school today so things will get harder, lots of temptations and busy schedules make eating healthy harder. I'm going to use the shakes to help control that but still need to plan carefully in order to have success.
