식단은 항상 동일하게 같은 시간에 먹고
운동도 매일 하는데 0.1~2kg씩 늘어나는중
근육량이 증가하는걸로 믿고싶지만 그건 아닌것같고..
115.7 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
