My food was very good yesterday. I did a WATP for about 25 minutes. I'm not sure why I picked one that had jogging in it. I want to die. LOL. Today, my body is super sore. I am going walking this evening with my husband again. I'm actually looking forward to it-kinda. So, I know that 1.4lbs down is just water weight. I do feel MUCH better though. Yay for today!
