Mom of Two's Journal, 08 February 2007

I finally got my book yesterday and I'm beginning it now. I've been counting calories this week, just to get an idea of how much I am eating. I've never been a calorie counter before, so I really didn't know what most foods contain. I'm hoping this works.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
