Just ate one and a half thin Mediterranean Steaks (ASDA) with green beans, brocolli and carrot and in still starving. 😕
I also ate my usual 6 inch subway for late breakfast and again for late lunch.

Help
108.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
