Looks like a gain, but it's really a big loss. I weighed in last week (with clothes and boots on) at 214. I didn't log it, because, who knows really how much jeans, shirts, and boots weigh? I think I was at 208. Either way, I'm happy to have a real number, weighed in the morning, without many clothes on. Really, the 1-2 lb difference doesn't bug me... not when my real goal is at least 30 lbs away.
