Seminggu pas puasa n lebaran gak kontrol makanan, emang sengaja mau nikmatin makan2 bareng keluarga, back on track lagi sekarang..
141.1 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
