HI everyone! I just started south beach, today is my third day. I don't think I have lost anything yet. I am trying to lose my last 25 lbs from just having a baby, well he is 7 months old so its about time to get rid of this remaining weight! I gained 65 lbs with my pregnacy, lost most of it but still have 25 lbs to go to be really satisfied! Good luck to everyone!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
