0.2還好啦^^ 或許前一天吃太多高鈉食物 ^^ 鈉會讓人暫時假像的重量^^ 肉重節最容易彐現鈉過高^^ 多喝點開水讓水膧快快遠離你^^一起加油加油唄^^
