Bayram tatlı derken kilo almadım ama aynı kaldı evde squat yaptım allah tan sanırım kilo ondan almadım ama vermeye devam sabırla
147.5 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
