Day Three. Still managed to track all my food even though we went out to dinner. Made better choices at the Mexican restaurant, but still overdid it with the chips. Chips are a trigger food for me, once I start I just can't stop. I did make myself alternate each cheese dip with a salsa one to save some calories. Got in plenty of water yesterday and even exercised after the heavy Mexican dinner. So all in all not a bad day. I can do this!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
