I have been doing crossfit training with Sarah since June 19, 2012 (5x a week) and I am getting stronger and gaining a lot of nicely defined muscles (I have lost 10 inches). My weight had gone up to 184.4 pounds before I started crossfit, so my new weight of 177 is awesome for me!
