😣was so disappointed with my results. gained 1kg instead of loosing it. I calculated how many calories for a week i had over daily limit. it was 3100 so that why got this kg. i am planning to try 1000 calorie intake and see how it goes.
138.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
