Yes! Endlich die 8 vorne!
197.1 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1514 kcal Fat: 67.31g | Prot: 49.04g | Carb: 174.42g.   Breakfast: Alpenmark Schnittlauch-Ring, Aldi Milch 1,5%, Harry Vital + Fit Brot (56g). Lunch: Gartenkrone Tomaten Fein Gehackt, Gartenkrone Passierte Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Aldi Bio Sonnenblumenöl, Aldi Fleischwurst, Cucina Fusilli. Dinner: Almare Shrimps in Cocktailsoße (AM), Cucina Focaccia Mozzarella Kräuter (AM). Snacks/Other: Giotto Cookies & Cream, Storck Riesen. more...
