I'm starting the 17 day diet as of tonight! Sorta nervous I won't be able to follow it for 17 days because my willpower is...uh, a little unreliable. But as long as I have the ingredients and a plan set for the week, I should be okay. Plus this should help me financially too! No more spending money every day for food, just once a week.

The 17 day diet is a diet by Dr. Mike Moreno -- my mom bought the book and lost 20 pounds when following it. For the first 17 day cycle, you are limited to lean proteins, vegetables, 2 servings of fruit, 2 servings of yogurt, and water/coffee/tea. The next cycle adds carbs. :)
