not really a 10 lb gain here. Simply updating the old goal numbers. I got down to 172 from 191.5 (Oct 2017-Jan 2018)... then went to bulking macros mid Jan. Now, May '18, flipped back to cutting macros.

P.S. Gained 12lbs on bulking macros. Hopefully some of that is muscle and not just remnants of whole wheat spaghetti. 🤣😂
