Changed to my weigh day on Sunday and determined to cut this fast food junk out of my diet habit when I am busy and hungry...gotta train myself to grab healthy not junk...
158.9 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.1 lb a week
