MC來直接體重大飆升😭而且肚子好痛啊!大家都是用什麼方式舒緩經痛呢?

黑糖薑茶,桂圓紅棗茶,山藥排骨湯,生冷少吃,好的油脂可以多補充,給妳參考喔

經前就開始喝點黑糖薑茶類的飲品,經期會比較容易度過,但若如果每次來都很痛,若不是因經前吃生冷食物的話,建議去看一下醫師 也可以用熱敷袋熱敷一下肚子和腰那邊舒緩一下疼痛
