at 28 percent on scale stared my cycle yesterday Today I feel naucious and need more sleep...very unproductive trying to stay on track for the challenges and eating habits :)
130.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
