Started to "eat clean" yesterday. Stuck to the suggestions 100%. I was so full. I didn't change what I ate as much as how I ate. I'm thinking this is completely doable. Will take some practice & planning, but will overcome a lot of the issues I'm having. Hard to cook for one, no time after work, etc. Amazingly, when I input my food yesterday, my RDI was exactly where it should have been. Felt like I was eating so much more. Protein @ snack time was the biggest change. Harder was drinking all that water. Going to give this an honest effort, methinks.
