Funny thing happened... I have a sleep number bed and normally, I sleep well on my bed, but lately, my shoulders and hips have been hurting when I wake up. It finally dawned on me last night that I now weigh 18 lbs less than I did 2 months ago and that my displacement on the bed has changed. I checked my "sleep number" and sure enough, it was off! Slept much better last night. LOL
