Well, it's been a week and have lost 16 pounds. I've followed my points, and play wii. My biggest challenge is to be consistent and not fall off the wagon. It's funny though, I am usually much more obsessed with food wen I try to diet (especially on the weekends and at night after dinner), but the temptation to binge or eat crap has not been much of a factor. In the next few weeks I need to continue to focus on following the food plan, and above that getting even more active (beyond playing wii.). Wish me luck.
451.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 251.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
