Still on target.

Friday was difficult; are out with a friend so had to estimate portion sizes (I couldn't take my digital scales to the pub 😁) but didn't overindulge and it doesn't seem to have done any damage to progress.

Less that 10kg to go now, should smash that in the 10 weeks I have left.
206.1 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
